Erin Stewart is a food entrepreneur, healthy recipe developer and fitness expert from Austin, Texas. This mom of two young boys is focused on helping women fuel their bodies for optimum performance with virtual cooking and exercise classes. This results in teaching women how to nourish their whole selves in order to look great, feel amazing, grounded and strong.
As a former professional dancer and chef, Erin suffered with chronic food sensitivities which started her on her journey of healing and helping women with similar issues. She did this by learning the correlation between food and function and how to eat and move with purpose and mindfulness. Today, her ultimate goal is to develop the most delicious healthy recipes that are nutrient-rich. Erin received her health-supportive, plant-based culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Center in New York. She mentored with its founder Annemarie Colbin, a renowned award-winning nutritionist and health and food advocate. After graduating, Erin chefed at NYC’s first raw food restaurants Pure Food & Wine.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance performance and kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements) and worked with renowned choreographers Andy Blankenbeuhler, Max Stone, and Danny Buraczeski. Her background in dance led her to teach Pilates, barre, and dance fitness classes and she became one of New York’s top trainers at Physique 57. After relocating to Houston, Erin co-created, owned, operated and then franchised DEFINE body & mind, a top fitness studio with locations throughout the globe.
Expanding her food and fitness entrepreneurship, Erin founded Savor Foods, a healing, immune boosting meal delivery and pick-up service operating solely in Houston shopsavorfoods.com.
