Chef Lewis’ style of cooking is what she calls “healthy gourmet”. She prepares all of her meals with fresh, seasonal, farm to table ingredients that cater to your palate and dietary needs. By combining her plant-based and traditional culinary training Ginger’s is able to create crave-worthy, guilt free meals.
Originally from California, Chef Ginger Lewis attended both the New School of Cooking and celebrity chef Matthew Kenney’s M.A.K.E, a plant-based culinary school with an emphasis on cooking raw. Ginger’s organic and unprocessed meals can heal, help prevent disease, are low calorie, and in high demand. In addition to being a private chef, she also caters parties, wine pairings and weddings in the United States as well as internationally.
TRADITIONAL CUISINE WITH A PLANT-BASED TWIST
Some of Ginger’s healthy dishes on her menu include Cauliflower Steak with Capers and Sautéed Mushrooms, Eggplant Parmesan over a bed of Spiralized Zucchini and Carrots with a Vegan Garlic Alfredo Sauce, Mediterranean Quinoa Lettuce Wraps, Sesame Wasabi Hummus, Vegan Chocolate Pudding with Espresso, and even Vegan Nacho Cheese.
Her career as a certified foodie and chef focuses on creating health conscious recipes which promote beauty from the inside out. Ginger utilizes healthy oils, power powers, and superfoods to boost each of her on the go snacks. She knows from experience, the times we can’t prepare something healthy are the ones that affect us the most. Through her grab & go snacks, creative juices, and super shakes, Ginger provides fillers throughout the day that provide energy and cravings. These options include recipes such as Melon Maca Mint (juice), The Spanish Cocktail (juice), Berry Special (shake), Almond Butter Cup (shake), Cheezy Jalapeno Kale Chips and Vegan Protein Bites.
