MEET ABBY PHON
A mom of two young daughters ages two and five, Abby Phon is a Los Angeles YouTube vegan/plant-based Home Chef and Board Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach.
Abby’s quest is to help us live our happiest and healthiest lives, including healthy nutrition without diets or deprivation. There’s even room for sweet and decadent desserts! Some of her guilt free recipes are – Pumpkin Brownies, Chocolate Dipped Macaroons, Watermelon Birthday Cake, Spinach Potato Tacos, Roasted Creamy Cauliflower and Truffle Soup, Mac ‘n Cheese, Lavender Lemonade, and Green Mimosas.
Abby knows first hand the dangers of eating poorly, which includes foods with too much sugar. She’s a self-confessed sugar addict, which took a dangerous toll on her health. Since weaning herself off of what’s called the “toxic poison”, Abby has only had one cold in six plus years. Her lifelong debilitating allergies have been under control for over a decade and she now lives medication free!

Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a member of the International Association for Health Coaches, Abby has been asked to speak on mental, physical and spiritual health. She’s conducted cooking demonstrations, supermarket healthy food tours and healthy lifestyle workshops with business giants GOOGLE and WeWork, the ready-to-go office space.
A sought after writer in the space of healthy lifestyle, eating and weight loss, Abby has written for Silicon Beach Magazine and the organic beauty brand Hynt.
