Suzanne Clark is from Phoenix, Arizona and is the mom of FIVE. She’s an advanced home cook, food competitor and on-air lifestyle expert. For the past several year Suzanne has appeared weekly on Arizona Midday- NBC12, an entertainment and lifestyle show in the Phoenix area. She’s been a guest on many other local talk shows, as well as a contestant on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge and Cooks Vs. Cons (“Grill Warfare” episode), and hosted The World Food Championships on FYI Network and the nationally syndicated program Food, Fame, Fortune.
Suzanne has collaborated with several national companies as their brand ambassador, food stylist and food blogger. In these roles Suzanne has managed recipe and concept development, as well as advertising campaigns and promotions. Suzanne has competed and won many national cooking contests. One of her most noted victories came when Suzanne’s Italian side came out earning her the title of “The World Pasta Champion” not only once, but twice at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada and in Kissimmee, Florida. The World Food Championship is the ultimate food fight and is considered the largest culinary competition in the world. Thousands come from all over the globe to compete for $300,000 in prize money.
In addition to being a spectacular cook, Suzanne is also an artist. All her beautiful dishes have an artistic touch like her creamy polenta with smoked Gouda served with chargrilled ribeye steak, cranberry apple pie baked apples, southern mac and cheese with extra crispy crumbled bacon, butter crunch chicken and shrimp Alfredo with her secret sauce.
Cooking for a family of seven has given Suzanne what she calls “culinary mom power”. The real life kitchen experience has awarded this seasoned home cook the self-confidence to take on anyone, including culinary trained professional chefs.
