World Food Champion Chef Anthony Serrano is from Chandler, Arizona. He’s one of the Top Nine Winners of the World Food Championships 2016.
It was his breakfast recipe, a homemade bacon English muffin with a caramel apple and jalapeño sausage patty, purple potato hash, a candied sausage poached egg with a brown butter habanero hollandaise which won over the judges.
Anthony attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management. His specialties include Mexican and Italian cuisine.
He’s won over 60 state and national cooking competitions winning over $30,000 in prize money.
Anthony is the owner and executive Chef of El Palacio & Desert Rose Catering and appears often on TV in his hometown. He’s also been featured on the Cooking Channel and Food Network.
